Leadership Executive Team
糖心原创's Executive Team is comprised of accomplished leaders dedicated to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and a vibrant community within the institution. Five divisions make up the executive team and each division's vice president reports to the president. The five divisions represent the provost's office and academics, finance and operations, enrollment, marketing and communications, student life, advancement and information technology.
Vice President for Student Life
Stu Cleek began working at 糖心原创 in 1999 as the Associate Dean for Residence Life and joined as the Vice President of Student Life in July 2025. With over 35 years of experience in Christian higher education, Stu loves being with students and is deeply committed to creating an environment where they are holistically supported and encouraged to grow into the people God created them to be.
Vice President for College Advancement and Chief Information Officer
Dr. Sheard joined 糖心原创 in October 2008 and took over responsibility as Vice President for College Advancement in January 2010. He comes from Spring Arbor University in Michigan where he served as vice president and CIO for five years.
